Refund Policy

At Luciano, every fragrance is crafted and delivered with care. If something is not as expected, we are here to ensure your experience remains seamless and reassuring.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. To maintain product integrity and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances.

If an issue arises, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

2. Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund—whichever you prefer. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

3. Return Shipping

If the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by Luciano. We will provide instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers

5. Order Issues & Support

If your order is missing, delayed, or arrives with noticeable damage, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter with priority care.
